Exceeding Expectations at The Laurels of GreenTree Ridge

Exceeding Expectations

At The Laurels of GreenTree Ridge, it is our mission to create a legacy by exceeding the needs and expectations of those we serve while embracing The Laurel Way. We understand that caring is more than providing excellent medical and guest services. It also includes being a companion and treating each guest with the utmost dignity, respect, and compassion.

"The Laurel Way of Caring" can be found in a warm smile, a kind word, or a comforting touch. We are passionate about our mission, and it is reflected in the letters we receive from guests and family members.

"Thank you so very much for giving our brother such excellent care!"

"The staff always go the extra mile for my mom. They listen and address all her needs.  They are prompt to share information with the nurses when necessary.”

Sheila

"Tracey was the first C.N.A. to help me when I arrived at The Laurels. She instilled in us a sense of safety and caring. Always professional but with a ready smile to comfort me when I needed it. She was always willing to assist me even when I wasn't her patient. She looked out for me and took a personal interest in my well being.”

Brian

"Your housekeeping is wonderful. My room is very clean and they even ask if there is anything I need before they leave my room.”

Mamie

"My expectations were reality at The Laurels. My deepest thanks and appreciation to Dr. Kutob whose efficiency relieved my spasms and allowed me to eat. The head nurse also supported and helped me.  The whole Laurel institution gave me help and enjoyment for sure. My most sincere thanks.”

Henry

"I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all your help in this process and making the transition so smooth. I spent several hours with my mom yesterday and my dad visited also. We went to the birthday party and he stayed in there with my mom for well over an hour numerous times holding her hands and dancing with her. Though Tuesday and Wednesday mornings were hard for him and days to come will continue to be he did state yesterday numerous times that we definitely made the right decision."
